Target Property Profile

In 2005, we identified a tenant segment who consistently paid rent on schedule, remained for several years, and takes good care of the property. We analyzed their current rental locations and housing requirements and used this information to create a profile of properties that attract this demographic. The following are the primary physical characteristics:

Single-family homes with:

• Three or more bedrooms
• Two or more bathrooms
• Two or more car garages
• A lot size greater than 3,000 square feet
• Living space between 1,000 and 2,500 square feet
• Built on or after 1990
• A tile roof
• One or two stories
• As of April 2024, these properties cost between $330,000 and $480,000.
