Who is this training for - student prerequisites

  • Self-starter - The training is like a hunting license. Just because you have a hunting license does not mean the game will come to you. You have to do the hunting. We can provide support for those who pass this training. The level of support depends on the situation.
  • Willing and able to learn - You must be willing to learn a new way of thinking. It will take time and considerable effort. You will not sell homes; you will sell income streams and provide investor services.
  • Practical knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets (Excel classes). Spreadsheets are how you communicate properties to investors.

Understanding the Investor Mindset
