For an investor, LVP has a lot of advantages over tile. Tile can be easily damaged, and replacement can be difficult. LVP has similar wear characteristics to tile but is much more resilient. If you are installing on the second floor, LVP is less expensive because you do not need to lay sub-flooring as you do with tile.
