Investor Requirements

• Investment properties typically range from $350,000 to $475,000. You'll need between $130,000 and $150,000 in cash, along with qualifying credit for a mortgage. This cash amount covers your 30% down payment, closing costs, and typical renovation expense
• Take our training. The initial training is two 1 hour sessions that teach you everything you need to know to be a successful investor.
• Get pre-approved by a Nevada-licensed lender for $450,000. Though we require pre-approval at this amount, many of the best investment properties cost between $350,000 and $400,000.
• Sign our terms and conditions. The National Association of Realtors requires all potential buyers to sign a buyer representation agreement before we can provide property information.
